He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) from Victoria University in Australia, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. His recent certifications include Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications and Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science from the Berkeley School of Information. With a strong background in logistics and supply chain, his experience spans various sectors including government (Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, Department of Health), finance (National Australia Bank, Latitude Financial Services), and telecommunications (Telstra Corporation). He has a proven track record of driving strategic projects for revenue growth and operational efficiency and holds an active NV1 security clearance.

He has over 30 years of experience in various sectors, including ICT, digital startups, banking, communications, utilities, resources, retail, hospitality, and event management. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology (1980-1983) and a Certificate IV in Business from the Australian Institute of Management (2003-2004). In 2011, he obtained an ITIL V3 Service Management Foundation certification from UXC Training. Nigel's recent work experience includes his current roles as Co-Managing Partner at ElevateIQ Advisory Services (since June 2025) and Managing Partner at Financially Able Wealth Advisory (since January 2025). He is a specialist in assessing business issues and implementing transformation programs.

Currently, he serves as a Director at Trugrade Medical Supplies (since 2018) and is a Business Consultant & Advisory specialist at Curtis Business Solutions (since 2017). He is skilled in Supply Chain Planning and Optimisation, Business Transformation, Operations Management, and Demand Planning.

Dan's experience spans a variety of sectors, including consulting, with notable roles at Nous Group, The Customer Experience Company, and Terra Firma Business Consulting. His recent work includes serving as Managing Principal at The Croftglen Collective since December 2023, and Managing Director at Beit Midrash Oz since June 2025. Dan's professional background includes co-founding RosterCloud and working with major clients like NAB, Telstra, and VicRoads.
